Lovely detached villa on a spacious, quiet, walled and secure plot of 1000 sqm. All on one level, there is a spacious lounge, with fully fitted kitchen (cooker, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Master bedroom with full ensuite, a further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, full bathroom, and shower room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and electric fans. The villa has a private swimming pool, side terrace with table and chairs (with large parasol), as well as an eating area under the pagoda, and a BBQ. The porch gives a shady place to sit during the day and an overlooking the pool. TV with DVD player, and stereo in the lounge. Free WiFi internet connection. Being dog lovers ourselves we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. However guests must bring their own dog bedding/blankets/towels, and dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, or in the pool, and of course any mess must be cleaned up from the grounds. A small additional fee will be charged for extended cleaning required and garden inspection for any mess. Check in is after 4pm check out is by 11am. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. Payable locally on arrival. The refundable damage deposit is to be paid either via paypal or in cash on arrival. There is a security camera with motion sensor on the outside of the villa, for your security as well as ours covering access to the property. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs, pets.
