This apartment has everything you will need for a perfect family holiday. The property sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms 2 of which are en suite. The open plan living area opens onto a large westerly facing sunny terrace where you can enjoy sea views. The community has lift access to all levels, there is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds for you to relax and soak up the sun. The apartment is well equipped with all the mod cons including fibre optic internet, a smart TV with access to Netflix and several UK TV channels, Conditioning and heating. Your well-equipped private outdoor area includes a covered terrace. Moreover, there is a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from May to October) and an outdoor shower. There is an underground parking space available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. All guests must be 22 years of age or older. Youth groups are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Airport shuttle, cribs, highchairs.
