Excellent apartment with 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room, swimming pool for adults and children, air conditioning and heating. A maximum of 6 people can be accommodated. The house has the largest and most beautiful amusement park and a lake. Sea -10 minutes! Ideal for a family holiday with children or a romantic getaway. Necessary for comfortable living furniture and household appliances, SMART TV, public seasonal pool. The apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cutlery and kitchen utensils), bathroom. All furniture and household appliances are new
At 30 meters from the house there is an amazing park Parque de las Naciones with a pond, ducks, peacocks. The city owes its popularity as a resort not only to the wonderful climate and excellent beaches, but also to the many salt lakes scattered around Torrevieja - they serve as one of the largest places for the production of table salt in all of Europe. The beaches of Torrevieja are marked by UNESCO and received the “blue flag” for cleanliness and ecology. In the western part of Torrevieja there are salt lakes. They are very popular with vacationers, as they have healing properties. They are somewhat reminiscent of the Dead Sea and have a similar healing effect. On Fridays, a market of fresh fruits, vegetables, locally produced clothes and shoes, paintings, leather goods, etc. opens near the house. Street parking next to the house.
