Welcome to Jardines del Principe, a luxury apartment on the well-known Golden Mile and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Up to 6 people, swimming pool, and all kinds of an unforgettable vacation. The magnificent apartment is newly decorated with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom plus en-suite bathroom with shower and a hydromassage bath. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. We find a third full bathroom in the hallway of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a modern design and is brand new, Miele appliances, with a breakfast corner with bar and stools. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with large windows that open onto its terraces with electric awnings,west-face, where you can enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset. The complex is built to the highest specifications. Equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), double glazing, home automation, centralized music system, high-quality marble floors, electric shutters, solid oak doors and cabinets. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms. Two underground parking spaces. Outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour security and surveillance system.

Marbella is, without a doubt, one of the most important tourist centers on the Costa del Sol, thanks to the high quality of the infrastructure and services it offers.
