Located in the heart of Costa de Adeje, just a few minutes walk from the beaches of La Pinta, Fañabé and Puerto Colón, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious, with 2 bedrooms, Wifi Internet and exquisite decoration, this property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday. It is ideal for families and couples, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, Wifi Internet, a large terrace with views of the sea and the city where you can sunbathe or disconnect and swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located. With an unbeatable location, in the heart of Costa de Adeje, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the island, restaurants, shopping centres and the main points of interest in the south of Tenerife.

Neighborhood info

Adeje is located in the Southwest of the Island, it also has 14 beaches with sand of all colours, where it is possible to swim all year round thanks to its average annual temperature of 24ºC and its almost 300 days of sunshine a year. The beauty of the seabed and the more than 500 species that live on its coast make this municipality one of the favourite spots for visitors to practise scuba diving. Adeje has an extensive network of diving centres, where it is possible to hire lessons, organise dives and buy or rent equipment. It is also worth mentioning the richness of its marine fauna, as it has one of the most important cetacean colonies in the world: pilot whales, dolphins and other species of aquatic mammals are found in its waters. It is a natural spectacle that can be enjoyed on board the boats used for observation. In addition, some of the oldest geological materials on the island are found there, combined with an intense erosive activity of which the Roque del Conde or Pico de Abinque are faithful examples. The Barranco del Infierno, protected as a Special Natural Reserve, also stands out.
