Fantastic apartment with ocean views and communal pool in Santa Ursula. Located in an exclusive and quiet urbanisation with garden. Spacious and bright, with a nice decoration where care has been taken to the smallest detail, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite and living room with direct access to the nice terrace of the flat where you can have breakfast and relax. It has a parking space and fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. It is perfect to spend a unique holiday in the north of the island. This beautiful property is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people and 600mb Wifi fibre internet. With two spacious bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and the second one with two single beds, two complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room and a large terrace with sea views and a fan-shaped window system, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the place. La Quinta is located in Santa Ursula, in the north of Tenerife. The highest point of the municipality, which extends from the coast, is located in the Morra de Itote at 1794 meters above sea level. Although in its steep coastal area the slopes are gentle, they are accentuated in the midlands and on the summit. Santa Ursula has only two small coves, located in the areas of Santa Ana and Charco del Negro. Some of the protected areas of the municipality are the Special Natural Reserve of Las Palomas and the Protected Landscapes of Las Lagunetas and Costa de Acentejo.
