This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife. This beautiful flat is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with two nice bedrooms, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and terrace with sea views. With 300 mb fibre Wifi Internet access, designed for teleworking, lift and with all the necessary services around. Strategically located, a few steps from the beach and the promenade, with a pleasant local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes. The flat has a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, lift, terrace with sea views, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Internet Wifi, cot and high chair.

Neighbourhood information

The appartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that runs along the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants of typical food, fresh fish, paellas, from which you will undoubtedly leave happy.
