Discover this duplex next to the sea in Caletillas, Candelaria. Decorated with great taste, it has a large terrace where you can enjoy incredible views. It has rooms, capacity for 4 people, Internet Wifi fiber thought for teleworking and parking space. With an unbeatable location, a few minutes from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area. With two floors, this house is ideal for families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a nice living room, a toilet and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, where you can sunbathe or have lunch. On the first floor there are two nice bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom. It has Wifi Internet fiber to 300 mb, parking space and two beautiful communal swimming pools overlooking the sea. Strategically located, just minutes from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.

Neighbourhood information

The appartment is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. There is a promenade where you can admire the sea and a large beach that runs along the entire avenue. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island. It is also important to know that in the area you can find several restaurants of typical food, fresh fish, paellas, from which you will undoubtedly leave happy.
