The house is built on two levels and consists of 4 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, open plan kitchen and private garden. On the upper floor is the living room which is equipped with a chaise longue sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, and the dining room with a table for four people. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace which is furnished with a sofa and two armchairs and an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs to the huge garden. On the same floor is the kitchen, fully equipped with the best qualities, microwave, two-door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and with all kinds of utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware, Also, on the upper floor is the master bedroom suite with king size bed, bathtub and shower and covered terrace with panoramic sea views and a bedroom with a sofa bed 140x200m. On the lower floor are the 2 guest bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. We provide bath towels and bed linen, and for a small fee we have beach towels for all rooms so you only have to bring your personal items. The house has air conditioning, so you can adapt the temperature, WIFI is also available throughout the property, as well as a parking space with carport. In the urbanization you will find a swimming pool, gym, sauna and Turkish bath or hammam. The children's pool is closed until further notice. Special Offer In the winter month, from November to March, we offer a monthly price: month + electricity + final cleaning. Minimum stay of 1 month, ask us!
