ABOUT THE ACCOMODATION A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma's most well-known local beach. This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town. Its prime location is its main appeal. The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. THE SPACE Each level is designed to cater to our guests’ every need. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining distribution embellished by glass-panelled doors that flood the area with natural sunlight and a small balcony to enjoy the summer breeze. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking. There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a small WC. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and, a small area with a desk and wardrobe space. The suite’s bathroom has a spacious bath. The third level is a large bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.
