Hacienda El Burgo is a wonderful hacienda in an ideal location, spacious but cosy, in the Aljarafe area of Seville, 10 minutes from the capital of Seville, built and designed by Javier de Bethencourt in 1998. All the materials used for its construction come from the demolition of old houses and convents: Arab tiles, terracotta bricks, Tarifa slabs, wooden doors, wrought iron railings and chestnut beams. The result is a modern house with the appearance of a century-old house. It has a magnificent distribution with several patios, each one with its own personality. The main courtyard, which is where you enter the house, acts as a farmyard and contains the stables, the tack room and also the chapel. Simplicity and custom combine to create the grandeur of the place. Next, there is a more "reserved" and more intimate one, which gives access to the house. It is paved and has a fountain and 4 cypress trees to welcome you. In the third courtyard is the parking area (for 7 cars), storage room and two houses
