The apartment is very spacious and bright. It has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. The terrace is spacious and overlooks the gardens. It is a luxury compound, quiet and safe with mature tropical gardens and recreational areas, swimming pools, gym, sauna, padel and tennis courts. Close to beaches, supermarket and other services. Very well connected by road (Puerto Banús 8 minutes, Estepona 20 minutes, Marbella 18 minutes). It has a parking space from where you can easily access the flat by elevator, and there is 24-hour security and doorman service. Excellent place to rest and at the same time explore the attractions of the Costa del Sol. El apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Cuenta con dos dormitorios dobles, dos baños completos, salón espacioso con sofá-cama, cocina equipada, lavadora, etc. La terraza es amplia y tiene vista al jardín. Es una urbanización de lujo, tranquila y segura con jardines tropicales y lugares de recreo, piscinas, gimnasio, sauna, canchas de padel. Muy cerca del mar, supermercado y otros servicios
I recently bought this property, and I love it. I started to spend time there whenever I can, and plan to spend longer periods once I retire. You will feel comfortable and relaxed instantly, the place is spacious, bright, quiet and overlooking a beautiful garden. I am sure you will return!
