The beautiful Guest House Beach & Fund is dedicated to renting rooms. Located in Playa de las Américas, it has 3 bedrooms located on different floors. In addition, they will have at their disposal the following common areas to share: fully equipped independent kitchen with microwave, fridge oven and ceramic hob. The living room has a dining area with tables and chairs, a sofa and a flat screen television where you can, if you wish, interact with the tenants who stay in the rest of the rooms. The Guest Apartment apartment offers free: wifi. The complex currently houses maintenance and renovation works in common areas that do not generate noise, it is important that you separate the pool is not available at the moment (NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF NIGHT-TIME PREMISES AND WHICH MAY CAUSE NOISE).
