Property info

GreenSide Villa 38 is one of the 5 magnificent independent villas, located in the highest part of the complex "Los Lagos". Together with 4 other villas, guests who wish to stay in this accommodation will be able to enjoy two communal swimming pools, one of which is exclusively for the villas of Los Lagos 36 to 40. The second shared pool is for the community use of the complex and both are heated during the months of November to April. This beautiful two-storey villa has three large bedrooms, two on the upper floor, each with two single beds, and the third, on the ground floor with two single beds as well, all with their own bathroom with shower. There is also a small toilet at the entrance to the accommodation. GreenSide Villa 38 has a spacious, well-lit lounge with spectacular views. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. At VillaGranCanaria we recommend this accommodation has all the electrical appliances and basic equipment that will be very useful during your stay, including smart tv, air conditioning, a safe and a built in barbecue.
