Very well located and with a special charm, due to its high ceilings and original beams, this renovated Apt with natural light is ideal to discover the city as a local. The apartment is fully equipped, with optimized resources for greater sustainability and with technology applied to well-being, smart temperature controllers for optimal air conditioning throughout the stay, electronic lock for easy access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, towels , bedding, shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron and a wide variety of cooking utensils. *Autonomous check-in with electronic lock, mobile access. *If you come as a family and with children, let me know in advance so that I can prepare the apartment for you with the necessary equipment so that you do not have to worry about anything. (cot, high chair, etc).

The Gracia neighborhood is a cultural area full of life where artists and musicians coexist with the tradition of the city. In Gracia you will find bars, typical restaurants, organic shops and small craft shops. You can also walk to emblematic buildings of modernist architecture such as Casa Fuster, Casa Vicens, visit the Sagrada Familia or go up to Gaudí's Parc Guell. The Diagonal metro stop, which connects with L5, L3 and the Catalan Railways, is only 5 minutes from the apartment. In addition, this area is perfect for walking to any interesting point in the city but staying in a neighborhood with charm and Catalan tradition.
