Property information

Gibshouses Rosa is a cosy first-floor apartment with a double- bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped open kitchen and living room. It features a spacious terrace with views to the pool, ideal for a sunny morning breakfast and al fresco dining. Located in the small and gated community "Los Zafiros", it is a 10-minute walk to the beach front promenade with shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment and the stunning beaches of central Puerto del Carmen. It is ideal for up to two people and includes Wifi, satellite TV and Netflix.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto del Carmen is a main tourist area of the island and stretches along about 7 km of coastline. It features several wide golden sand beaches and offers great opportunities to shop, relax and enjoy a lively nightlife, family activities, and culinary delights. It is located a very short distance from Lanzarote airport, and is well connected to the rest of the island.
