Spacious and centrally located, Santa Monica features traditional and cozy apartments that are perfect for small groups of friends and families. All apartments offer one bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Tile and stone add rustic charm to the apartments' open areas, which provide a living/dining, a kitchen, a double sofabed and balcony. Exposed beams and brickwork complete the Catalan ambiance, complemented by contemporary light fixtures and decor. A flat screen TV and quick WiFi ensure you'll always be connected, whether you're working from home or enjoying a night in. Finally, Santa Monica's close proximity to the busy and bustling Boqueria market means you'll never lack fresh, delicioius ingredients to whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests of room no. 4 have access to a private rooftop terrace on the 5th floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building and that the apartment does not have private parking. However, public parking is available within 150 meters of Santa Monica. Please note that the property is not child friendly due to the dangerous stairs.
