Two terraces with stunning sea views, front line location with no roads to cross and lots of trees and green areas to enjoy. The sea can be seen from all the windows of the apartment. Two bathrooms with the master bedroom having its own bathroom. The apartment's WiFi can be detected from the beach. The sunsets are impressive, offering a different picture every night. There is a wide variety of beach bars and restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The car can be left in the private closed garage. The apartment is furnished in a minimalist but comfortable way. Special attention is paid to meticulous cleaning and bedding. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large laundry room with a new washing machine and a hot water boiler. The entire apartment has been renovated just a couple of years ago. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15, there is a main pool and a children's pool. There is also a tennis court available upon reservation. The Urbanization is carefully monitored, well maintained and never crowded.
I am an Italian Spanish teacher, I have lived over 30 years in the UK. I have been coming to Salobreña and overall Andalucía for a long time now. I have now managed to move over here to "la Costa Tropical" which I love and I am eager to share my knowledge and my passion for his place as well as giving an excellent service and experience to my Guests.
La Fragata is simply one of the best Urbanización here in Salobreña, certainly the most frontline to the Sea. At the end of el Paseo Marítimo, FantaSea House Salobreña is in a totally pedestrian area a stroll from a vast selection of chiringuitos and restaurants along the beach. On the right hand side we have el Peñon and the enchanting town of Salobreña l, while on the left towards Playa Granada there is Playa Punta de Rio where 18 Nudos Surf you can practice surf, enjoy music and where children can joying the summer camp with a variety of activities on offer.
