This lovely ground floor apartment is ideal for a family holiday or golfing with friends This 2 bedroom apartment has facilities like a home from home Tvs in lounge area and both bedrooms with British and international channels There is also Wifi Air conditioner in living room area just above the dining table and chairs. Fully equipped bathroom with shower and bath facilities an adjustable toilet frame for any mobility issues 2 double bedrooms with 4 single beds (1 can be made into a double with zips) also 2 fold up beds for any extra children also blinds for to darken rooms. Fully equipped kitchen oven hob and hood air fryer microwave fridge freezer kettle toaster all cooking and crockery items iron and board washing machine blender and juicer Also a vacuum if required Extra fans available if required Outdoor dining table and chairs terrace area and small garden with small barbecue leading to the communal garden area and huge swimming pool There is sunbathing furniture chairs and umbrellas Mosquito screens on patio door in lounge and dining area window on the kitchen window and bedroom windows On the resort there is 24 hour security a supermarket and el cason a lovely bar and restaurant in a fantastic setting Also a 18 Hole Championship Standard Golf Course and driving range 5 minutes drive to the local village of Sucina Around a 20 mins drive to the towns of Los Alcazares San Javier Santiago de la Ribera or the brilliant mud baths at Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar) A lovely base to explore the beautiful region within easy reach of Murcia City Cartagena and more and some fab shopping too in La Zenia Boulevard Hacienda Riquelme Resort gives a real feel of tranquility with its 19 swimming pools Children's play parks and for the more sporty tennis gym padel basketball and football all outdoor Your holiday can be a chilled peaceful rest or a fun filled with travel loads to do and see and some fantastic beaches with water sports on the famous Mar Menor
With approx 9 years experience of the resort and murcia I have developed a real passion for holidays and travelling the region. Loads to do plenty to see and a different vibe to many other parts of Spain. I love my football golf all sports really and I love watching movies and tv shows
The tranquility peaceful and safe feeling The lively village of Sucina has everything you need and not far from the main towns of San Javier Los Alcazares and approx 40 mins from city of murcia also visit the port of Cartagena. Easy reach to both murcia and alicante airports.
