Property information

Villa of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private pool and garden. It is prepared to accommodate up to 6 guests. 3 of the rooms are located at the bottom. The upper part always remains closed without guests. It is located in Chayofa, a quiet place without traffic noise, and just 5 minutes by car to the sea. 6x3.5m heated pool. *Pool temperature between 24-26 degrees Full kitchens with dishwasher and oven and microwave. Wifi and TV in the living rooms. Terrace area with chill out area next to the pool. There are many free parking areas, there is no problem with cars in parking matters, Quiet area, near the sea 5 minutes by car There are bars and La Finca restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Nearest supermarket in La Camella, 8 minutes by car and mini-market 200m away. It is recommended to have a car, as you will enjoy the island of Tenerife better, but to move around the area, walking is pleasant but to go to the beach you need transportation. Bus and taxi stops very close to the house, near the Chayofa Tennis club.
