Property information

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation in front of the sea and next to the best beach in Tenerife. The flat is on the fourth floor without lift, but don't be lazy to read this because when you arrive at this magnificent place and see the views that await you both from the living room and from the terrace of the bedroom you won't remember the stairs. It is simply the perfect place to work for a while as well as to unwind for a few days on holiday. Only 4 minutes walk from the beach, you can enjoy some unforgettable days in this place.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the flat, in the fishing district of San Andrés, could not be better for tasting the best fish on the island. Furthermore, from San Andrés you can reach the wonderful beach of Las Teresitas in 4 minutes on foot, and the centre of the capital of Santacruz in 5 minutes by car. Without a doubt, San Andrés is a really pleasant place to spend a few days in Tenerife.
