Stylish apartment with POOL and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, newly built and with a very careful interior design. Located in the heart of Triana, within walking distance to the main points of interest in the city center. It has a maximum capacity for 4 people. The apartment also has a bright living room, full American kitchen, patio, dining area and is perfectly equipped (air conditioning, SmartTV, WiFi...). In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed.

Neighbourhood information

The Triana neighborhood is one of the main axes of Sevillian culture. Cradle of singers, dancers, artists and artisans, Triana is a neighborhood of master potters who are concentrated in the vicinity of the Plaza del Altozano, next to the Triana Bridge. The origins of the neighborhood go back in history to the times when the Roman legions established their camp there. The Almohads built a rudimentary bridge that would connect it with the city, which would later be replaced by the popular Triana Bridge. With a great seafaring tradition that led him to train the sailors who set sail for the Americas, Triana has always lived facing the river, a source of wealth and the basis of its growth, but which would also cause it to have a hard time due to large floods. which caused numerous floods in the area.
