The vacation home "Vivienda 0-2 Esterlicia", which is situated in Candelaria, overlooks the nearby sea. The 48 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request. The vacation home also has a shared roof-top terrace on the 2nd floor which you can use to relax. A parking space is available in a garage (please park in reverse). Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. In the same complex, we have 3 more flats: Buganvilla 0-1, Tajinaste 0-3 and Pimpopa 0-4, the last two have private terraces. Please be aware that the property is equipped with photodetector sensors and alarms. These sensors are deactivated during each booking and reactivated once guests depart. It’s important to note that the sensors do not have recording capabilities. Additionally, there are cameras installed in the hallway and garage of the building.

The property is located just a short walk from public transport, which takes you to the north and south of the island. Recommended restaurants nearby include El Molino, Guachinche La Basílica and Vale La Pena. Furthermore, the nearest supermarket can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
