The holiday home Era del Puerto 3 in Totalán is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view. This 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as satellite TV. You will have access to a private barbecue. The house also features an outdoor area shared with the three other properties of the residential complex which includes a pool (open between 10 am and 8 pm), a garden, an open terrace, and an outdoor shower. Hop in the pool for an afternoon of family fun while enjoying fantastic mountain views! Multiple parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Silence must be respected after midnight. Smoking inside the property is not allowed. No visitors are permitted. The property has a step-free access and interior. Please note that the swimming pool is closed for maintenance during the winter months. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please be mindful of children in the pool during the stay (the pool is 2 m deep). A crib and high chair for children should be requested in advance. The property has security device cameras on the outside. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
