The vacation home 'Era del Puerto 2' in Totalán is a part of a residential complex of 3 buildings and provides a comfortable setting for a holiday with a panoramic mountain view. The impressive 133 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a TV. Your private outdoor area includes a barbecue. Moreover, guests enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from 10 AM till 8 PM, closed for maintenance in winter), a garden, an open terrace and an outdoor shower. The poolside area is equipped for sunbathing and chilling in the shade. 50 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please be mindful of children in the pool during the stay ( the pool is 2 m deep). A crib and high chair for children should be requested in advance. Smoking is not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after midnight). The property has security device cameras on the outside. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
