Beautiful luxury apartment offering a stunning view on the Mediterranean Sea and La Concha mountain. This 120m² apartment (+ 60m² of terraces) consists of a wide fully-equipped open kitchen facing the sea, a large dining and living room, 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 persons and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has 2 big terraces that allows you to enjoy, according to your preference, the sun or the shade all day long. The main terrace facing the sea, has a large dining table for 8 people and a very comfortable lounge area from which, early birds will be able to watch the sunrise; the second terrace is facing one of the 4 pools where you will love relaxing on a lounge chair during the day, watching your children playing in the pool, or simply stare at the sundown in the evening. The complex has 4 large swimming pools with numerous sunbeds and umbrellas. The main pool is an infinity pool, facing the sea and is heated from October until May. The pool along the apartment terrace is quieter than the infinity pool and will allow you to relax if you prefer a bit of calm. The community is gated with a 24 hours security service. For sport lovers: - Golfers will be delighted with numerous golfs between 5 and 10 minutes drive (Atalaya, El Paraiso, Villa Padierna,…) and if you want to discover more golfs, you will find about 70 golf courses along La Costa Del Sol (Marbella Club, Soto Grande, Real Club Valderrama, Las Brisas, Aloha,…). - Padel and tennis lovers will find various clubs in a few minutes drive. - Benahavis offers you the opportunity to do canyoning, hiking, cycling,… - The Senda Litoral is a beautiful beach walk very convenient for walks or runs along the sea between San Pedro and Puerto Banus - and so much more..

La Hacienda del Señorío de Cifuentes is conveniently located in the quiet area of Benahavis, between Marbella and Estepona. Yet Puerto Banus with his restaurants, great nightlife and luxury shops is only a 10-15 minutes’ drive, the charming old town of Marbella is a 20 minutes’ drive, Estepona 15 minutes drive while Benahavis or San Pedro are less than a 10 minutes’ drive. The closest beach is also about a 10 minutes’ drive. This allows you to discover and enjoy hundreds of bars, restaurants and beaches within a few minutes’ drive. .
