Very central home, located in the heart of Playa Blanca. The house, with a separate entrance, is located on the ground floor which is accessed by climbing 6 steps. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach as well as restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, pharmacies, taxi rank, bus station, health center, hairdresser, bicycle rental and ATMs. It has a bedroom with a double bed and ceiling fan, bathroom, living room-kitchen with sofa bed, free WiFi and television (only spanish channels) and a small inner patio.

Playa Blanca is a fishing village that in recent years has become the tourist center of the Municipality of Yaiza and one of the most important in the Canary Islands. Its beaches rated with the Blue Flag of the European Community, for its crystal-clear waters and accessible infrastructure, are accompanied by a wide range of hotels, restaurants and shops, making it one of the most important beach tourist areas in Lanzarote. Playa Blanca has an extensive promenade that surrounds its different beaches and also includes two very important ports. In addition to the urban area, Playa Blanca has must-see places such as the Papagayo Beaches, with its crystal-clear waters and white sand, located within the Ajaches Natural Park, about 4 km from the accommodation. Other places are the Águila Castle and the Pechiguera Lighthouse. Within the municipality of Yaiza, a few kilometers away are some of the most emblematic places on the island, among which the Timanfaya National Park, La Geria, the Salinas de Janubio, El Golfo (the green lagoon), Los Hervideros or the unique towns of Yaiza and Las Breñas.
