Villa El Olivo is a very comfortable villa 10 minutes from Sitges by car, on the Costa Dorada, Spain. With views over a leafy mountain of pine trees in the quiet and urbanization of Mas Mestre there is Villa El Olivo, a modern, renovated Villa contrasted with the radiant green of a well-kept garden. A free nature, vibrant but appeased, this villa enjoys peace and calm in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the world, however, the famous town of Sitges, which is 10 minutes by car. Located in the center of the large landscaped land that surrounds it has three floors and is ideal for families and friends seeking tranquility and nature. With optional heated pool. The house is located in a coastal and residential area with a magnificent view of the Olivella hills. The villa has 250 M2 and 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower + 1 bathroom, distributed over 3 floors. Villa El Olivo is oriented South-West and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool throughout the day. The porch area, near the kitchen, with BBQ, chill-out, pool and sun loungers, all together is a very comfortable living area. From breakfast, lunch and outside dinners.

Also enjoy stays out of season: Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. It is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days or long-term rentals from 1 month to 5 months. The cost of cleaning is 60 euros per week and 200 euros for final cleaning. The heated pool option offers a pool between 25 and 30º depending on the month. Request the option 10 days before to allow time to heat the pool before your arrival, 300 euros in winter season and 250 euros the rest of the year. Ajuested on Real Waste. We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month to 5 months very attractive !!!. Contact us! + INFORMATION: Payment can be made by Visa credit card y by bank transfer. - Late checkin: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 euros - Late checkin: From 24:00: + 70 euros. -Additional cleaning has a cost of 225 euros / week. - Tourist Tax: 1 euros / Adult / Day the first 7 days. - In low season (October to April): Heating and electricity supplement 800 euros per month based on real consumption. 300 euros/week on real waste. Mention that the upper chill-out awnings are being repaired and there will be 2 umbrellas in place for now.
