Recently refurbished top floor 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic sea views from balcony. El Canal is an apartment block situated on the Canal Norte and a 2 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach with its famous promenade containing a fabulous variety of restaurants, bars and shops suitable for all family generations. The apartment has secure residents parking, WiFi included in the price and the apartment has a modern L&G dual Air Conditioning & Heating unit as well as ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms. It is therefore suitable for year round rental if so required. There is a bright and spacious living room with direct access to the balcony combined with a kitchenette and breakfast bar, a bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. As total occupancy is 2 persons we will sleep couples in the main bedroom, but if you want to sleep in separate bedrooms, message us to open the second bedroom. The kitchen has 2 electric hob plates (no oven) , fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is a small washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels for the apartment (if you want beach towels bring your own) are provided.

I am using this space for some additional property information: 1) A washing machine is available for guests laundry, but, please purchase the correct detergent and conditioner and ask the owners for assistance 2) Bath Towels are provided for each guest as well as a hand towel and kitchen towel. You can use the washing machine if you want these cleaned during your stay. We recommend that all guests bring their own beach towels if required during your stay. 3) We do provide toilet paper upon arrival, however, you may need to purchase more depending on personal usage.

On the Canal outside the apartment block you can find diving centres, bot and jet ski rental.
