Great duplex at 2 minutes of the beach in La Barceloneta in the City Center. Excellent location to visit all the atractions of the city and near to a metro station and bus lines. Next to plenty of nice restaurants, coffees and stores. Ideal for all families, business or if it is a group of adults alone only over 27 years old.
