The owner proactively explained everything about how to check in and where to park. The private parking was very convenient. The apartment was comfortably warm in late December. It is quiet despite the busy street nearby - sound isolation worked great. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are grocery stores and supermarkets very close by. Our favourite feature was the large window with the view.
