The apartments are in a residential area very well located and full of life where there are also: - 7 min from Prosperidad metro stop - 1 min from Rias Bajas Restaurant With capacity for 2 guests, here you will find all the basics to have a good stay. Space The apartments are located in a building without a lift on a ground floor. The apartments measure 25m2 with 1 bedroom, are very comfortable and will allow you to rest after long days walking around the fascinating city of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Services and common areas Towels, bedding, gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided for first use. The apartments have air conditioning and heating. Other notable aspects If you are going to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please read the house rules carefully so that we can organize ourselves. We don't have a place to store luggage after check-out. Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers. They will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
