Everything important is near and reachable within a couple of minutes. You are in the heart of town and feeling the pulse of local life. You don't need a car to enjoy your stay and all the local best places. Beautiful beaches are only 6 minutes from the apartment. The nearest palm park and shopping center "Mercadona" is just 200 meters. What's also an important and nice advantage is that from Alicante airport it's just 15 minutes by taxi which costs around 27EUR. Being close to everything on a walk and not far from Airport was one of my biggest criteria when choosing a summer home. I love this place and could only recommend it. In the apartment, you will find all you need. Balcony with outdoor seating where you can spend nice evenings with a glass of wine. Fully equipped kitchen with many appliances, espresso, and nice bar seating. The living room is cozy and equipped with air conditioning. There is NO ELEVATOR and good to know in advance for those who hate even a small warm-up ;-). Nobody has died here getting to the 5th floor yet :-) so please consider it before writing any non-pleasant reviews regarding it.

A boat trip to "Tabarca" island is very popular, which costs just 8-10EUR and you spend one lovely day on the island with beautiful natural sceneries and architecture. If traveling with children you could appreciate the children's amusement park "PolaPark"
