This charming and spacious apartments are located in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Manilva. An amazing place for a family or couple to stay. Stay in a beautiful and quiet apartment with large windows, an open balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. Your light and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary modern apartment - complete with air-conditioning and electric sun blinds. Free WiFi, and a fully fitted modern kitchen with a full range of appliances and utensils. A large family living area that incorporates internal dining and adequate family space to relax, the larger terrace can also be accessed from the sitting area as can the view! ​ The Master bedroom also has access to the larger terrace, overlooking the hills and coastline of Duquesa and Sabinillas. It's a view you'll never tire of waking up to. With a spacious en-suite bathroom, integrated wardrobes and stylish contemporary decor, you'll feel right at home. The second twin bedroom is equally comfortable, has access to its own smaller terrace, also contains integrated wardrobe space. The decor follows the modern and fresh appeal of the rest of the property.
The luxury urbanisation of Coto Real in La Duquesa Manilva is located on the New Golden Mile. The urbanisation has been tastefully finished, blending the terracotta facades with natural wood and surrounded by the pure nature of the Manilva countryside, The Coto Real apartments are often described as the most luxurious apartments in the area and it's easy to see why. The complex is perfectly located, a short stroll away from the town of Sabinillas and the quaint Marina of La Duquesa. The Duquesa Golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones is located nearby too.
