I want to welcome you to stay at my beautiful apartment on Condado de Alhama golf resort in beautiful Murcia. Guests staying at my apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1single bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 with double beds. There is a living area with a dining table and chairs seating 4 people, a TV and free WIFI throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a bath with shower above. There is a travel cot to hire at an extra cost. Bedding & bath towels are provided for all guests. The apartment is set in a garden with a beautiful pool and children's play park. There is an outdoor pool with a separate shallow end, making it ideal for non swimmers or small children.
My name is Ellen. I am Norwegian, but I live in condado. I have 2 children and recently became a grandmother. I bought in this area after visiting with my 2 kids during the summer 2011 . And I fell in love with the resort and the area. I love hill/ beach walking and Sierra Espuna is 30 mins away for great hill walking and the beaches is about 20 mins away for great beach walking. If you want to explore I would recommend to hire a car and there is really a lot of lovely Spanish villages and beaches to see. If you want to have a relaxing holiday and stay on the resort it is a lot happening during the summer season. I am happy to help anyway I can to make your stay more enjoyable. I know you will fall in love with Murcia as I did many years ago. I offer a meet and greet service at the front gate, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!
The apartment is a 5min walk to the golf course and golf club offering golf, practice area, food & drinks and evening entertainment. It is an 15min walk to Al Kasar, the resort centre which has a number of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Condado de Alhama is ideally situated in the Murcia region of Southern Spain. It is roughly 20km to the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo and Puerto de Mazarron. Puerto de Mazzaron has many nice tapas bars looking out to the sea and mountains. Worth a visit if your in the area. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 50km and 60km away respectively. Both offer an amazing choice of shopping, culture, history and nightlife. There is a huge amount to do in the area including water-sports, hiking, horse riding, relaxing by the beach or pool and exploring the local culture. There are a number of airports in the local area. Murcia San Javier Airport is around 70km away, Alicante Airport is around 110km away and the soon to open Murcia Corvera Airport is only around 45km away. Relax and enjoy wonderful Murcia.
