The apartment is on the ground floor and faces south, hence the name. You have sun all day. We like to use the apartment ourselves, but also like to let other people enjoy it. Competa is located in the mountains half an hour from the beaches of Costa del Sol. Competa is a pleasant village with many bars and restaurants with terraces. There are several supermarkets and other shops, there is also a market on Saturday. Competa has various sports options such as tennis, swimming pool and is very suitable for a walk in the Andalucian nature with beautiful views. Keep in mind the roads are not flat. Everything is organized in Competa from fairgrounds, processions and ferias, yet Competa is not super touristy like on the Costa del Sol. It has a pleasant mix of tranquility and activities. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
