The perfect base to visit the city and enjoy the purest Madrid atmosphere. The flat has been entirely renovated in vintage style with designer furniture. It can accommodate up to 8 people but is recommended for 6 people for a more comfortable stay (as per our previous guests' feedbacks). In case you want to stay in a bigger group of 7/8 people in total, please note that some of you will need to use the comfortable sofa beds in the living room, therefore space wise the flat would be a bit more busy and might be a bit less comfortable to use. • Room 1: double bed (150x200 cm) and a single chaise longue (84x180cm recommended for kids) with balcony • Room 2: bunk beds (90x190 cm each) • Room 3: double bed (135x190 cm) • Living room: 2 easily convertible and comfortable sofa beds (110x180 cm each) • Kitchen: Fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, frying pans etc. Everything you need to feel like home. It includes capsule coffee machine, double toaster, kettle, highchair for babies, vacuum cleaner, washing machine etc. • 2 bathrooms with shower. Main bathroom and another smaller one but fully equipped too.

The apartment is located in a 19th century historical building, in a quiet street but vibrant area full of terraces, bars, restaurants, museums. It is situated in Downtown, Madrid Centro District - Atocha which is the central area of Madrid with easy access to public transportation and touristic attractions, also to enjoy gastronomy and leisure activities. The best location to discover the city on foot. Walking distance : • Reina Sofia Museum 2min • Museo del Prado & Thyssen Museum 10min • Puerta del Sol & Plaza Mayor 12min • Retiro Park 15min • Opera and Royal Palace: 18 min • Grand Via 20min • Chueca: 25 min • Pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc. less than 2min walk or in the same building PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION • Atocha / Anton Martin metro station (line 1): 3 min walk. • Atocha train station: 4 min. walk • Sol metro station (lines 1, 2, 3): 12 min walk • Different bus lines in all directions. • Madrid Airport 35min by suburban train PARKING: Nearest parking is 4 min walk from the apartment but you can also park on the same street if you are lucky enough to find parking space. Parking is called Aparcamiento in Spanish.
