This house is unique, recently renovated and decorated. It is located in front of the Roman Circus monument, a World Heritage Site. It is a loft distributed over 3 floors plus the outdoor terrace. The open spaces are connected by the stairs plus the terrace. On the ground floor there is a hall and a bedroom with a full bathroom with shower. The background of the bedroom is the authentic Roman wall, carefully restored and integrated into the decoration of this bedroom. On the first floor there is another double bedroom with two beds and a complete bathroom with a shower. On the second floor is the living-dining room with a small balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The third floor occupies a master bedroom with a jacuzzi and bathroom. The fourth floor is a magnificent furnished terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the Roman Circus. The terrace has a dining table and a chill-out to relax. It has an awning that covers the entire terrace. The house is located in the heart of Tarragona, very close to all services. In a unique opportunity to get closer to history, to enjoy this unique city, a jewel of the Mediterranean, a World Heritage Site. ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For your safety, please respect the rules for the use of the forklift exclusively for luggage in this house.
