Location is perfect, very central and off a side street. The doors are locked at night but someone is at reception 24/7 to let you in, which makes it feel very safe. We arrived early and our room was ready so they let us check in. We checked out very early in the morning as we had a flight to catch and all staff were lovely and accommodating. Comfy room with everything needed. Would definitely recommend.

Thyssen Bornemisza and Prado museums can also be reached in around 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Retiro Park.
