The villa is located in a quiet area of Chiclana, with capacity for 6 people, a nice swimming pool with sun loungers, manicured gardens, barbecue and private parking for two cars. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 135 cm and the other two with two single beds of 90 cm each. The living - dining room has two sofas, Smart TV and exit to the porch where there is outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware ... etc. There is also a laundry room. The bathroom has a bathtub. On the outside of the house, on a plot of 1,000 meters there are beautiful gardens, swimming pool with sun loungers and barbecue where you can enjoy in the company of family or friends. The private parking has a capacity for two cars. The villa is located in Chiclana in a quiet area just 5.3 km from the old town of Chiclana, and close to the main beaches of the city.
