The front terrace overlooks the series of cascading swimming pools which give the quiet community its name of Cascada Azul (blue waterfalls). Private garden space at the rear for relaxing, barbecuing and dining. Free WiFi. For 2022 we have refreshed the furnishings and fittings. The Marineta Cassiana beach and restaurants are a mile down the hill. Denia town, the port and marina areas, and miles of beautiful sandy beaches are just a few minutes drive away. It's a great base for exploring and experiencing all that the Denia region has to offer and we do recommend you having a car to make the most of your time here. There is 1 parking space assigned to the house, and street parking for more cars if needed. Please note that there are a number of steps up to the house - not suitable for people with walking difficulties

We are a British family who discovered Denia by chance and, having fallen in love with the place, decided to buy our holiday home there. We love the views from the terraces and balconies, and the easy access to sandy beaches and the town. The community is quiet and very well maintained.
