Casa Xanadu is a family-run enterprise that was established in 2000. We offer guests the opportunity to stay in our homes in Seville and Carmona, and aim to provide a comfortable and unforgettable experience. Additionally, we have a venue for events in Carmona, where we welcome friends, families, and corporate groups to host their events. We are able to assist with organising services such as in-house cooking, transportation, live music, etc. The business was founded in honour of our father's passion for Andalucia and his dream of opening a restaurant in Carmona, serving cuisine from the Silk Route. We look forward to welcoming guests to our Andalusian homes.

The house features one twin room on the ground floor with access to a loo and three additional bedrooms on the first floor: one double room and two twin rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with a large landing and a full shared bathroom. The top floor boasts a separate shared bathroom and 2 more twin rooms with private terraces, offering breathtaking views of the city. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this home is the ultimate base for exploring all that Seville has to offer. The airport bus and subway station are right in front of the house. You can easily access the house using the main entrance's keyless entry. 1 day before check-in you will receive the access code which you will use throughout your stay, facilitating any late check-in or early check-out requests. Each bedroom also has its own keyless access. Feel free to use the open-air terrace on the roof to make your stay even more enjoyable. The property is at a cross section in one of Seville's most affluent neighbourhoods. Guests can walk to most known attractions and a number of public gardens. Throughout Seville there are bike lanes and plenty of bicycles for rent via easy to use apps. Most places are a pleasant walk away but guests also have the option of using electric bikes that can be picked up for a nominal fee all over town. There is also a fantastic tram service and tourist busses.
