An Enchanting 20th century Townhouse carefully restored and full of character, It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, large salon to front of the property. A fitted kitchen, dishwasher,microwave, washing machine and dryer. It also boasts of a walk in wardrobe, plus a utility room. A rooftop terrace fully planted with colourful flowers. The Property is completely unique in design with a spiral staircase, mezzaine balcony mahogany flooring, full length period window shutters, claw foot vintage bathtub. It also has a flower draped roof terrace which has overlooks the Old Town and the mountains. It's elegance and sophistication is ideal for small groups (8), wedding parties, and families looking forward for an authentic escape to the centre of this Andalusian Old Town. The property is situated 60 meters from the centre of the Old Town Orange Square. Beautiful atmosphere with top class restaurants dotted around this famous square. If you fancy a swim, a relaxing beachfront walk is only 500 metered to the Paseo Maritimo. For those of you planning a wedding or attending a wedding the house is less than 100 meters from the Church of the Incarnation at Plaza de la Inglesa Old town Marbella. Added to this it would be possible to have a pre wedding reception in the large salon in the house for close family members and friends. Lovely private family photos and happy memories can be made there. It can be arranged for drinks and snacks to be at the house should you require this facility. With some notice and of course availability I can arrange for earlier check in and check out times should you require them. This Beautiful early 20th century period house is within walking distance [60m] of many exicting restaurants which spill out onto the narrow cobbled streets surrounding Orange square the centre of the historic Old Town. Its 500 mts to the beach ,Marbella port ,and passeo maritimo seafront ideal for your morning walks and sightseeing trips with stunning views over Gibralter and Africa. This walkway goes all the way to Puerto Banus definitely worth a visit during your stay. This seafront is littered with bars, restaurants , boutiques and beauty salons. Water sports , bike hire and boat tours are also catered for here. Puerto Banus can also be accessed with a short taxi ride (15eu) along the famous golden mile. On the other side of Marbella a must see is the tiny, white mountain village of Mijas . Brilliant views from the top all over the coast. packed with local shops and cafes .
