Stille og rolig sted i Taurodalen som kun har en vei inn og samme vei ut, ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Huset ligger 3 meter over gaten med låst port på gatenivå. Stor terrasse med oppvarmet basseng på 3x9 meter. Quiet and peaceful part of Gran Canaria called Tauro. Located at the south-west part of the island, in a small private valley. The house is located safely 3 meter above the street with a locked front gate/door. Great outdoor aerea, heated pool 3x9 meter,3 bedroom, with 8 beds. Upon this it is also an extra portable bed and also a children bed placed in the master bedroom.
Huset administreres lokalt av en spansk familie, som tar seg av alt vedlikehold og rengjøring. The house is administrated by a local spanish family, who take care of everything.
Ca 250-300 meter til nærmeste golfbane. Samme avstand til nærmest restaurant og nærbutikk (Spar) Prox 250-300 mtr to nearest golf-course, restaurant and a local grosserie store.
