Se encarga de recibir al cliente el día de la llegada. También se encarga de la limpieza y recogida de llaves el día de la salida. Apartelius por su parte efectúa la promoción, gestión de reservas y la atención al cliente hasta el mismo día de la llegada. Junto con Vanesa aseguramos una gestión de buena calidad antes y durante la estancia. Apartelius cuenta con tener una estrecha colaboración con Booking. Aseguramos la mayor visibilidad del alojamiento en la web de Booking y también proporcionamos al cliente la información lo mas completa posible.

Casa situada en Chiclana de la Frontera con una capacidad para un máximo de 5 personas, para disfrutar de unos días de descanso total con todas las comodidades. Este alojamiento cuenta con dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas tipo litera (una de 90 cm y otra de 135 cm) ambos con ventiladores en el techo. Salón con Tv de pantalla plana y chimenea. Cocina, completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia, con horno, microondas, lavadora, cafetera italiana, tostadora, batidora, mesa de comedor, ... Y baño completo con placa de ducha. Dispone de conexión WiFi. En el exterior cuenta con jardín privado y zona de barbacoa, piscina compartida con otra casa con tumbonas. Posibilidad de alquilar las dos casas de la misma finca. Además tiene aparcamiento para un coche. En este alojamiento NO se permiten mascotas.

El alojamiento se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la Playa de la Barrosa. Y a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Chiclana. Chiclana de la frontera tiene lugares interesantes para poder visitar, cómo por ejemplo la Ermita de Santa Ana, la iglesia de san Telmo, Puerto deportivo Sancti Petri y su poblado. A su vez, este alojamiento vacacional está a sólo 27 minutos de Cádiz, a 30 minutos de El puerto de santa Maria y a 25 minutos de Conil.
