You also have access to the patio from the kitchen. Also located on the ground floor, is the guest toilet. On the second floor you have 4 spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is en suite). On the third floor, you will reach the open and spacious roof terrace, with outdoor seating, sun beds and an outdoor shower for the warm summer days. The area is a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is right next to Fuengirolas market place, the ”Recinto Ferial” with market every Tuesday and Saturday as well as several events and festivals annually (the most popular ones in late April and early October). It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach (750 m) and there are only 350 m to the nearest large grocery store and bar / pizzeria. Los Boliches itself is known for its multinational community, as well as for the beautiful, wide beaches that stretch from Carvajal in the east to the castle in the west.
