The availability of the rooms will depend on the number of people staying as follows (for special requests or availability of type of beds consult with the host):

1 to 2 people: 1 room with double bed.

3 to 4 people: 2 rooms with double bed.

5 to 6 people: 3 rooms with double bed.

7 to 10 persons: 4 rooms (three with double bed and the fourth with a double bed plus two single beds).

There is free parking at the house.

A maximum of 3 pets are allowed with an additional cost of 15€ per pet and stay (the charge per pet is paid at check-in).

There is a security camera that records exclusively the entrance door of the house to control access only to people staying in the house (access to people outside the reservation is forbidden).

The tourist tax is payable at check-in (1€ per person and night over 14 years old with a maximum of 7 nights).

In stays of more than two days there may be a maintenance of the outside area by the host (watering of plants, state of the water in the pool, mowing the lawn ...) will be contacted in advance with the guest to arrange time.

Smoking is forbidden inside the house.

Air conditioning will be available from June to September and heating from November to February.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 07:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
