The holiday home 'Casa La Intemporal' is located in Nerja, just a short walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area ideal for families. This 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedrooms (ceiling fans are installed in the other 2 bedrooms), heating in all bedrooms and in the living room, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV as well as children's books and toys. A fireplace is also available during the winter months (firewood can be provided for an additional cost). 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available upon prior request. Your private outdoor area includes a garden giving you direct access to the swimming pool, 2 open terraces (1 for laundry and one to be used as solarium), 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool and a children's pool. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones! 2 parking spaces are available just in front of the property. Free parking is available on the street. Groups of young people are not allowed. Parties and events are forbidden but small gatherings among the occupants of the house are permitted. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Towels are included in the price. Bed linen is included in the price. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
