The holiday home is rented exclusively to families with children and to adults from the age of 35. Young groups and parties are not tolerated at the resort. Please also note that sleep must be observed from 10 p.m. onwards. The modern holiday home Casa la Fontanilla Mila is located in the coastal town Conil de la Frontera and offers space for 5 people. The two-storey accommodation is part of a holiday home complex and still offers a high degree of privacy. The contemporary style holiday home has a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The family-friendly holiday home is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV and a baby cot for the little guests. Outside you share the large communal pool, which provides fresh cooling on hot days, and the outdoor showers with the other guests of the complex. Also, the fenced in, private and lovingly planted garden section of the house as well as the furnished terrace with barbecue, the roof terrace and the balcony invite to relaxing holiday hours. After a 10-minute walk you will reach the next sandy beach, Playa de la Fontanilla En Conil, after 700 m, and a supermarket is only 650 m and 8 minutes on foot away. A large number of restaurants can be reached after 350 m. Parking spaces are available on the property. A garage is available for your car (space for one car). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The community pool is open from mid-May to the end of September (depending on weather conditions). An indoor swimming pool and rentable sports fields are in the immediate vicinity. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
