Impeccable single-family house located within the Tazones center Village fishing port, fully equipped, private terrace, 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each, a full bathroom, toilet, dining room, traditional corridor, close to the beach (located in the same village). I am retired, very perfectionist, an interloper in all professions and I am passionate about DIY in general. One of my activities for more than 20 years is the rental of various properties for the use and enjoyment of travelers whose stays I host. Guiding them if they require activities that they can enjoy during their stays to make them more pleasant and relaxed.
The house is located in the San Miguel neighborhood, accessible to vehicles, it is an extremely quiet and safe area. The village as a whole is characterized by a typical architecture of fishing villages with narrow cobbled streets, messy streets, and corridors painted in very striking colors, like the boats of their owners. The town was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and known for the historical fact that Charles V Emperor landed here on his first trip to Spain. Every year in August there is a recreation of that event. This is where the "Emperor's Route" begins, recently declared by the European Community as a Cultural Route and ends in Yuste (Caceres). The newspaper "The Times" chose it in 2020 for its list of the six most beautiful towns in our country. The small fishing village has 240 inhabitants and 16 restaurants, clear proof of its famous cuisine and good seafood from its coast and artisanal fishing.
